The Desert Sage

Dinning in Crestone DesertSage
The Desert Sage Restaurant, originally "The Bistro," was built to accommodate the Aspen Institute. In 1992,
Ken and Lynda Kucin acquired it and added another dining room. The Sage provides food service to thecommunity,
as well as to Colorado College students, special spiritual retreats, and workshop groups who visit
the area. It is also a gathering place for community events.
